Following is a list of people, places and things that our Gardeners are thankful for ❤️:

Ladybugs

Alder – I am thankful for Goose because I like to pet the Goose.  I am thankful for pasta with brown sauce.  I am thankful for McDonalds.  I am thankful for Mommy.  I am thankful for Piglet.

Anya – I am thankful for lions because I like to see her run.  I am thankful for carrots.  I am thankful for doctors.  I am thankful for Calvin.  I am thankful for cars.

Beau – I am thankful for vanilla cookies.  I am thankful for my Daddy.  I am thankful for cars and trucks.  I am thankful for Disneyland.  

Beck – I am thankful for turkey.  I am thankful for tortillas.  I am thankful for my house.  I am thankful for mom, grandma, dad and grandpa.  

Brooks – I am thankful for turtles.  I am thankful for cucumbers.  I am thankful for being in bed with Dog Dog.  I am thankful for Mommy.  I am thankful for Dog Dog.  

Calvin – I am thankful for dogs.  I am thankful for noodles because I love spicy ones.  I am thankful for the zoo because I always see one tiger.  I am thankful for Mav.  I am thankful for Mario Guys.

Cyrus – I am thankful for lions.  I am thankful for Mommy.  I am thankful for whole boxes of stuffies because I have like 20!  I am thankful for the zoo.  I am thankful for grapes because they are purple grapes.  

Della – I am thankful for cheetahs because they’re kinda cute.  I am thankful for my school. I am thankful for my yellow doggy.  I am thankful for salmon.  I am thankful for Coco.

Easton – I am thankful for cows.  I am thankful for Mom.  I am thankful for eggs.  I am thankful for home.

Emery – I am thankful for crocodiles and snapping turtles.  I am thankful for my Mommy, my Daddy and my Braden.  I am thankful for chicken and pasta and broccoli.  I am thankful for Toffee and all my animals.  I am thankful for Bubble Planet with my Dad because I love Bubble Planet.  

Jane – I am thankful for grapes and noodles.  I am thankful for Mommie and ‘nother Mommie. I am thankful for Mama’s bed.  I am thankful for playdough.  

Leo – I am thankful for Axolotl.  I am thankful for chickens.  I am thankful for cars.  I am thankful for playing with my doggy.  I am thankful for my Papa and my Mama.  

Liam – I am thankful for all of the animals.  I am thankful for all of the foods. I am thankful for my bear stuffy.  I am thankful for Demma.  

Ophelia – I am thankful for my Daddy.   I am thankful for cookies.  I am thankful for boot.  I am thankful for my bed.

Sean – I am thankful for pancakes. I am thankful for magnetic tiles. I am thankful for Mexico. I am thankful for  Mommy and Daddy. 

Sophie – Sophie is traveling with her family but we are sure she is thankful for Japan because she is spending her birthday there!!

Stevie – I am thankful for kitty-cats.  I am thankful for grapes.  I am thankful for Mommy.  I am thankful for my home.  

Crickets

Addy – I am thankful for horsies because I like to make mash with my Mommy. I am thankful for noodles because I can put sauce on it. I am thankful for camping because I get to go to Brook Lake.  I love my mommy because she plays with me.  And I am thankful for Hippie – my stuffy – because I got it for my birthday.   

Bennett – I’m growing carrots in my garden. I am thankful for carrots. I have to wash them before I eat them. I am thankful for dinosaurs because they are super loud.  I am thankful for Big Air because they have bouncy houses there.  There is a slide that you can slide all the way back to your parents.  I am thankful for KJ because he is a friend that lives in my neighborhood.  And I am thankful for fire trucks because my dad is a fireman.  

Caleb – My favorite food to eat at dinner time is usually just Old McDonalds and then after dinner, I eat candy, but not all the nights. I am thankful for Old McDonalds.  I am thankful for giraffes because they have long long long long necks and I am thankful for gorillas because they like to punch a lot.  I am thankful for spicy chips because they taste just right.  I am thankful for Las Margarita because they have chips and french fries.  And I am thankful for Lukas because I play with him everyday.  

Canyon – My favorite food is strawberries. I’m thankful for strawberries. I like to eat them whole.  I am thankful for giraffes because I like when they eat.  I am thankful for McDonalds because I like chicken nuggets.  I am thankful for Mommy because she gives me hugs and kisses.  And I am thankful for unicorns because they are so cute.

Charlie – I  had a birthday party yesterday, with lots of friends and lots of family. It was at my house and at Jump Jump. I am thankful that I am turning 4! My favorite food is cake and I had some yesterday. I had a cake in the party room. It was cream on top and then cake on the bottom and it said “4”.  I am thankful for zebras because they make me laugh.  I am thankful for my school because I get to go on the tire swing there.  I am thankful for my Mom because she gives me love.  And I am thankful for my Bunny because it is soft.

Emmie – Well, I like mango. I think they grow in the ground like potatoes. I don’t like potatoes, but I do like french fries. I am thankful for mangoes.  I am thankful for bunnies.  I like when they hop and they are so fluffy and adorable.  I am thankful for cereal with raisins inside of it because it tastes so good with cow milk.  I am thankful for Tipsy Cow because they have orange juice and lemonade there.  I am thankful for my neighbor Pearl because she has a pet snake.  And I am thankful for squeezy duckies that you put in the water because they squeak so loudly.

Iris – My favorite food for dinner is chocolate. I also like udon noodles.  I am thankful for zebras because they are so big.  I am thankful for oatmeal because I put chia seeds in it.  I am thankful for Pump It Up because there are lots of bouncy houses there.  I am thankful for my Mama because she cooks me dino nuggets.  And I am thankful for my Pull-Back toy because it is a little dino and when I pull it back it goes.

Isla – My favorite thing to eat at dinner time is chicken strips. Mommy makes them. I don’t know how she makes them, but they are good. I am thankful for chicken strips AND Mommy!  I am thankful for pandas because they are so cute. I am thankful for apples because you can put cinnamon on them.  I am thankful for the beach because I like to play in the sand.  And I am thankful for my Barbies because they have a lot of different clothes.

Kai – I am thankful for teachers because they teach me letters.  I love teachers.  I am thankful for zebras, sharks and lions because they look cool.  I am thankful for the aquarium because there are many kinds of sea animals.  I am thankful for teachers because I love them.  I am thankful for cars because it is fun.

Lily – My favorite food is baby pancakes. I put jam on them. I am thankful for baby pancakes. I am thankful for flamingos because they are pink.  I am thankful for the library because there are lots of books there.  I am thankful for my Mommy because she cooks me baby pancakes.  And I am thankful for my ice cream set because Mommy got it for me.  It is for babies.

Lochlan – I like red grapes. Sometimes Mama cuts them and sometimes I eat them whole. I am thankful for grapes.  I am thankful for dinosaurs because I love baby dinosaurs.  I am thankful for the beach because there are sand toys there.  I am thankful for my Mom and Dad because they are nice.  And I am thankful for my big truck hot wheel because it carries cars and they do loopty-loops.

Lucy – I am thankful for giraffes because they are so tall.  I am thankful for broccoli because I call them dino trees and they taste good.  I am thankful for Coco’s house in Kirkland because she has a glass ball that has lots of colors in it.  I am thankful for my Dad because he cooks me yummy food.  And I am thankful for Buster, my stuffy dog because he sleeps with me.

Lukas – My favorite food is chocolate candy. My favorite food to eat at dinner is pasta. I like cheesy pasta. I am thankful for pasta.  I am thankful for dinosaurs because they roar,  I am thankful for gummy bears because they are sweet.  I am thankful for Caleb because I love to play cars and trucks with him.  And, I am thankful for train tracks at Oma’s house because there are a lot of trains to play with there.  

Marley – My favorite food for dinner is broccoli. Dada makes it. I am thankful for broccoli. I am thankful for horses because they are beautiful.  I am thankful for pizza because it tastes like cheese.  I am thankful for school because I get to paint there.  I am thankful for Mama because she snuggles with me.  And I am thankful for Heady because he is a hedgehog.

Owen – I like Oranges. They maybe grow on a bush. They are like Grandma’s that grow on a bush, like some lemonade. I am thankful for oranges. I am going on a trip on an airplane. I am going to the ice cream place. I need tickets to go on the airplane. I am thankful for lions because they are nice.  I am thankful for Dino Nuggies because they are better than fruit.  I am thankful for the pizza place because I like to eat pepperoni pizza there.  I am thankful for Maya because she hugs me when I go to school.  And I am thankful for my wrist band because I got it from Disneyland.

Presley – My favorite thing to have for dinner is eggs and toast. Mommy makes it for me. I don’t put salt and pepper on it, just eggs and toast. I’m thankful for eggs.  I am thankful for hamsters because they are so cute.  I am thankful for Hawaii because there are so many places to go there.  I am thankful for Iris because she plays with me a lot.  We play everything.  And I am thankful for my rainbow squishy toy because I can squish it in my hand.

Rhett – My favorite food is Mac and Cheese. My mommy and my daddy make Mac and Cheese. I am thankful for that.  I am thankful for giraffes because they have long necks.  I am thankful for the Children’s Garden because it is my favorite place to go and it makes me feel much better.  I am thankful for Theo because he is so nice to me.  And I am thankful for my tape measure because it is little – just like me.

Riley – My favorite food for dinner is bird nest. I can show you what it is when you come to my house.  I am thankful for tigers because they have sharp claws.  I am thankful for cookies – vanilla and chocolate chip – because I love chocolate so much.  I am thankful for gymnastics because I like the monkey bars.  I am thankful for Canyon because we have lots of play dates.  And I am thankful for my computer because I can do all the stuff that Mommy and Daddy can do.  I have my own computer.

Theo – My favorite food to eat for dinner is ice cream. I am thankful for chocolate ice cream.  I am thankful for tigers because they stomp really loud.  I am thankful for noodles because I like Chick Filet sauce on it.  I am thankful for the park because there is a swing set there.  I am thankful for Lochlan because he plays so nice with me.  And I am thankful for excavators because they scoop dirt out of the way.  

Honeybees

Cambrie – I am thankful for gummy bears because they smell like bears. I am thankful for Disney World because it has ice cream. I am thankful for Harlow because I like spending time with her and napping in her bed with her. 

Camden – I am thankful for pancakes because they have cinnamon sugar. I am thankful for school because I like going on the rope. I am thankful for mom because she gives me hugs and kisses.

Coco – I am thankful for cotton candy ice cream because it tastes so good. I am thankful for Candy Land because we can eat our houses. 

Dominic – I am thankful for playing on the tire swing because it goes up high.  I am thankful for my sloth stuffy named Spike because he plays with me with my hands. I am thankful for giraffes because their neck is long. I am thankful for string cheese because you can eat it in pieces. I am thankful for Hawaii, because it is so hot.

Eleanor – I am thankful for yogurt because I like it with peanut butter. I am thankful for school because I like playing with my friends. I am thankful for Elli because she is kind an I like playing with her. 

Elli – I am thankful for Eleanor because she is so nice. I am thankful for my Belle dress because it is so pretty. I am thankful for unicorns because they have magic powers. I am thankful for rainbow popsicles because they are so cold. I am thankful for home because it is so cozy.

Hudson – I am thankful for bananas because they are a good snack. I am thankful for toy store because I get to get a new toy. I am thankful for Sloane because she is my best friend. 

Koa – I am thankful for cheese sticks because they taste so yummy. I am thankful for Oregon because they have sunny beaches there. I am thankful for Eleanor because she is my friend even if she doesn’t play with me that often.

Lillian – I am thankful for playing in the mud kitchen because I can make some stuff like hot coco and mud soup.  I am thankful for my stuffed kitty cat named Glitter because I really like cats.

Madison –  I am thankful for Penelope and Olivia because I get to play with them like everyday. I am thankful for my little cheetah stuffy because she’s so soft and I like to pet her. I am thankful for oranges because they taste so good. 

Max – I am thankful for my mom because she gives me kisses and hugs. I am thankful for tomatoes because they taste good. I am thankful for my stuffy bunny because he sleeps with me and we snuggle.  

Oliver – I am thankful for going on the tire swing because I want to go on the tire swing.  I am thankful for my orca stuffy because it is mine.  I brought it to school. I got it because I stayed in my own bed for the whole night.

Orion – I am thankful for the bananas because I get to have one every night. I am thankful for Lake Winnepesoka because they have a lazy river and I get to go around and around it. I am thankful for Porter because she plays with me. 

Presley – I am thankful that I get to play catch with my Mommy and my Daddy because I just love it.  I am thankful for Cassidy my little stuffed cat with a sparkly nose because she makes me so happy.

Quentin – I am thankful for riding on the tireswing outside because it is so fun.  I am thankful for my Magic Bunny because he saves the day.    

Sana – I am thankful for playing hide and seek with my friends because it makes me feel good.  I am thankful for Sam my stuffed animal that looks like an animal because my Daddy brought him to me.  

Sloane – I am thankful for playing on the tireswing because it makes me happy and because sometimes Hudson is on it with me.  I have a dinosaur that I sleep with and I have a unicorn sleep mask.  I am thankful because I can go to sleep better with them.  

Wells – I am thankful for splashing in the rain puddles with my mud boots on because I love the rain.  I am thankful for my Teddy Bear named Teddy because I love Teddy so much and he is always in my heart.

Oh! How grateful we are for you, our Children’s Garden community! We so appreciate that you have entrusted your precious children to our care. We know the choice of preschool program that you choose takes a lot of thought and consideration and we understand how much thought and consideration you have put into your choice of The Garden. We appreciate your support, your commitment to engage and collaborate with us, and your understanding of our mission statement to work together as a village and to build community. 

The Garden staff love that we have the opportunity to work with our best friends to help your kiddos grow and succeed, develop a deep love of learning, and build strong roots at The Garden. 

We wish you a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving, and hope that your table will never be large enough to hold all those that you love.
