Donations to The Garden
We are so appreciative of everyone for giving and helping support The Children’s Garden. Year end tax statements for donations were sent out this week. Please call or email the office if you did not receive yours.
Tuition paid to The Garden
This year, brightwheel will be providing a direct link to your year-end tax statement.
If you need your year-end payment summary now, view the Brightwheel video tutorial, print instructions or visit the Brightwheel help page.
We want to ensure you as a brightwheel guardian and payer have all you need to prepare for tax season!
Brightwheel offers an easy to download, year-end tax statement right in your account that’s available now! 🎉
The statement includes The Garden’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) and all payment activity by all payers for a student in a given tax year.
Access Year-End Tax Statement
Navigate to the Payments page in your account
From the Accounts tab, select a student’s name to open their account
Open the Statements tab under the purple balance tile
Click Export next to the Family 2024 payer tax statement drop-down
Download or Export the statement and then open it
Use the Total Payments (if one payer) or Paid by tiles (if multiple payers) at the top of the statement to determine total payments made in the previous calendar year
Repeat these steps for additional students at the same or different brightwheel programs as needed
