~ Welcome ~
Oh my, are we excited to welcome our new families to The Children’s Garden School!
Let us introduce you to our Garden Gazette, The Children’s Garden School newsletter. During the school year, you will receive this digital communication weekly via email and text.
The Gazette is our main source of school communications for school events, opportunities, recourses, weekly classroom updates, news from the office, important dates and links to areas of information on our website.
In addition to our weekly Garden Gazette you will receive occasional emails and texts that address school or class news and reminders. Our staff is available to touch base with you throughout the day and you are welcome to pull us aside for a question, text us if you’re running late or s
The Garden Gazette has recurring weekly sections that share the latest news and important information.
See our Mousehole section to learn more about what this weekly communication from the classroom will bring.
We are so fortunate to have such amazing families and our Gratitude Corner is a place we can share our appreciations for everything our families are doing for the school.
Our Calendar shows a few important dates to save in September including our New Parent Luncheon, All School Work Party, first days of school for each class and our daily school schedule.
Look for start of school information in our monthly Summer Garden Gazettes in July and August before our weekly Gazettes start in September.

Events, opportunities and resources for our Garden community.
Join us for the Issaquah
4th of July Parade
Don your festive red white and blue wear, decorate those strollers, wagons and bikes and bring some candy to toss to spectators along our parade route.
Meet our group in line from 10:30-10:50 a.m. on July 4th, just past the parade table located at the corner of Front St. N and NE Dogwood St.
Room Parents
Each class has two room parents that you can expect to hear from over the summer. Room parents help spread communications from the school, organize summer playdates and meet with all the class parents at the beginning of the school year to decide what kind of group social events you’d be interested in and how the class would like to communicate with each other as a group.
