Belleamie's Birthday Gifts RGB-01

There is only one day left to join us in our Belleamie’s Birthday Gifts fundraiser!

Your gift to The Children’s Garden ensures that our teachers can continue to offer a strong and vibrant program for our students today and in the years to come.

Every day, our dedicated teachers are reinforcing the power of imagination as a source of play, comfort, and possibility. Your gift to The Children’s Garden safeguards our students’ opportunity to thrive, no matter the circumstances. From our indoor classroom to the playground and Luna’s Forest, the opportunities for learning, play and joy are endless at the Garden.

In honor of this year’s fundraiser, the students are celebrating Belleamie’s birthday in class! Belleamie the mouse is one of the Garden’s beloved puppet friends and she has lived at the Garden since 1977, the first year the school was operational.

~ The Mousehole~

What a fun week we had here at The Garden! Our Ladybug check-ins went smoothly last Friday and the overwhelming feedback that we received is that everyone is enjoying this amazing community that we have here at this little Preschool! It truly is special, isn’t it?

The staff and trustees had our October Board meeting Tuesday night. Ali Lapinsky is our board president, and we have trustees representing each class. We couldn’t keep this program running without our Board members. If you have any interest in serving on a committee, or if you have questions, suggestions or concerns, please contact a board member.

This week, we celebrated Belleamie’s birthday circle in all three classes and the staff and the Board of Trustees are amazed by everyone’s support of The Children’s Garden. Thank you!

Check out the brick pathway and get some ideas for your own brick, or prepare for the long wet winter with your Garden beanie.

We ended the week at the Carpinito Brothers’ Pumpkin Patch! How fun! We have to agree! What an amazing community we have! We love you all and thank you for entrusting your children to our care!

Have a great weekend!
